When watching the first 30 seconds of this video, I felt a little bad for Cooper. Then I changed my mind – this dog loves ice cream TOO much, and you’re going to laugh out loud when you see what I mean! You really have to feel bad for the little guy – I mean, maybe that’s why he is so small! Because Cooper eats all of his food! Just kidding – as much as Cooper loves ice cream, his owner always makes sure to be a good owner and referee by distributing food and ice cream equally.
